The helmet is a replica of a 15th-century barbute, an Italian-style helmet used in the late 15th century, especially by infantry and heavily armored soldiers. It features a visorless design with a Y-shaped facial opening, providing good visibility and ease of breathing while protecting the head and face. The replica is made of high-quality C45 steel with a thickness of 2 mm, also available in a hardened version for increased durability. It is produced using traditional hot forging and cold hammering techniques, reflecting medieval methods. The helmet is suitable for historical reenactments, displays, and collection purposes, and with an additional face grill, it can be used in HMB combat.
